To keep your boots in top condition, wipe them with lukewarm, soapy water after use. Avoid solvents and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources.
Why do my boots have a white powdery film on them?
This is a natural process called 'blooming,' which occurs because our boots are made from high-quality natural rubber. It can be easily removed by applying Hunter Boot Buffer or a similar rubber conditioner with a soft cloth.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the tags are still attached and include the original packing slip to expedite your refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Hunter provides a 24-month warranty on all footwear from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
How long does shipping take and can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
